History of Success
With just two election cycles under our belt, Annie’s List has already seen major successes. We helped elect the Houston City Controller (who handles the City’s $2.6 Billion budget), protected two incumbent State Representatives and helped five additional candidates beat incumbents and win special elections for a net gain of four pro-choice Democratic women in the Texas House of Representatives since 2003. |

Endorsement Process
The endorsement process has several levels of vetting to ensure that Annie’s List is targeting viable candidates who are committed to raising money, running professional campaigns and winning. Annie's List conducts personal interviews of candidates in targeted districts and then monitors their progress to determine our level of involvement. Non-federal legislative or statewide candidates seeking endorsement should contact Robert@annieslist.com for more information.
